Easy Ulundu murukku
Crispy Urad dal Murukku which is not only easy to make but makes the crispiest murukku as well. It needs just few basic ingredients. Wash urad dal, take it in a pressure cooker. Cover with 2 cups water. Pressure cook for 3 whistle. Once pressure is released open the cooker, drain off excess water if there is any.
So measure 2.5 cups of rice flour and place it in a bowl. Add salt, Ajwain seeds (Omam seeds), Sesame seeds (ellu) and a table spoon of butter. Don’t add too much butter or the murukku will become very soft while frying.
