To begin making this condensed milk recipe sugar free, combine the heavy cream, butter, and erythritol together in a saucepan or shallow skillet on medium heat. From medium heat increase the temperature slightly in order to bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling reduce the temperature and then let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
