Prepare the grill: A half hour before cooking, prepare your rotisserie for cooking on indirect high heat (450°F+).
Preheat oven to 425° (F). Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil, spray with a little non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Trim any excess fat from top of pork loin roast. Place roast on a large plate and coat with Worcestershire sauce, then with dry seasonings.
Boneless pork loin roast is probably the most popular type of roast you will find in the supermarket. It’s cut from just below the shoulder and is usually fairly lean with a fat cap which can be trimmed to give us just the right amount of flavor we need.
Skewer the roast onto the spit rod, using the rotisserie forks to hold it in place. Test the location on the rod by placing it on the grill and adjust the location of the roast by sliding it on the rod until it is in the centre of the heat. Mix together all the BBQ rub seasoning ingredients and generously rub it all over the roast.
