1. Prep your crockpot by spraying non stick cooking spray or lining it with a disposable crockpot liner and setting the temperature setting to high.
2. Place your corned beef in the crockpot, pour the seasoning packet that comes with it on top of the meat then pour enough water to cover the whole corned beef.
3. Put the lid on the crockpot to start cooking on high for 8.5 hours.
4. After 3 hours of cooking, if you are adding carrots and/or potatoes you will want to add them to the crockpot so they can cook with the corned beef.
