2. In a large mixing bowl, combine together your Carbquik, milk, Old Bay seasoning, and cheese. Do not over-mix. When your dough forms, use a tablespoon to drop spoonfuls onto the prepped sheets from the first step.
3. Bake your biscuits for 10-12 minutes. Biscuits should start to brown when ready. While your biscuits are baking, combine together your melted butter, garlic powder, salt and parsley in a bowl. After removing biscuits from the oven, brush the melted butter mixture over the biscuits. Remove your biscuits from the pan and serve.
