It wasn’t until recently that I realized that Tyson makes their own brand of Blackened Flavored Chicken Breast Strips. This seemed (to me) to be the perfect “in between” solution for those who don’t want fast-food, but don’t necessarily want to make chicken tenders from scratch either.
Microwave a frozen Tyson grilled chicken breast and dice it into small pieces. Mix in spoonfuls of mayonnaise until you get the consistency you like. Add salt and pepper to taste, a little handful of chopped frozen onion (don’t even bother defrosting, they thaw quickly and help keep your sandwich cold), and chopped celery.
Add a handful of frozen stir-fry veggies and 2 frozen Tyson grilled chicken breasts.
