4. If using cauliflower rice simply saute the rice in a large skillet tossing with the olive oil until warmed through and follow the rest of the recipe.

3. Chop meats and vegetables as finely as you can so that they are not much bigger than the cauliflower.
4. Grate the cheese and then toss everything together including the dressing.
