Typical additions are garlic and pepper, and beyond that, the spices vary considerably from recipe to recipe. A good tuscan blend has the addition of a few powders that most folks don’t have in their pantries.
Low Carb Creamy Tuscan Chicken is so rich and creamy with lots of sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in a parmesan cream sauce. It is one of my very favorite low carb meals and it is perfect for the keto diet.
Let’s get started! What Is Italian Seasoning Made Of? Italian seasoning is a mixture of dried herbs and sometimes spices. It has a versatile, mild herbal flavor. Typically, it contains dried oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and sometimes marjoram.
