If you would like thinner pralines, you can spoon the mixture directly onto a parchment lined baking sheet. In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and combine it with the Swerve sugar substitute. Add the heavy whipping cream to the butter mixture, and whisk to combine well.
For these sugar free pecan pralines we thought it would be best to use Lakanto’s Golden Monkfruit. This sweetener is the keto equivalent of brown sugar, and it works PERFECTLY in these keto pralines! Though we do recommend Golden Monkfruit for this recipe, pretty much any sweeter will work.
