This broccoli cranberry salad combines fresh broccoli with roasted almonds, dried cranberries and red onion all tossed in a creamy, tangy Greek yogurt dressing. In a small bowl whisk together yogurt, apple cider vinegar, oil, maple syrup and salt. Add broccoli, almonds, cranberries and red onion to a large bowl and stir to combine.

Combine broccoli, bacon, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and onion (if using) in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together avocado mayonnaise, stevia, monk fruit, and vinegar.
INGREDIENTS. 1 SALAD: 2 5 cups broccoli florets, cut into 1/2-inch pieces. 3 1/2 cup chopped red onion. 4 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. 5 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon pieces. 6 1 cup sunflower kernels. 7 3/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries. 8 DRESSING: 9 1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise. 10 1/4 cup sugar.
Directions. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble. Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl; refrigerate until ready to combine with salad. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, sunflower seeds, and cranberries in a large bowl. Drizzle mayonnaise dressing over broccoli mixture; toss to coat.
