3. Pour beer over the top of the meat. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 3 to 4 hours until a a meat thermometer inserted in the brisket reads 155°F.
4. Remove from oven and remove the foil. Allow brisket to cool for 1/2 hour and then slice and serve warm.If you have any leftovers, this brisket makes a great sandwich the next day-it only gets better tasting!.
