DirectionsStep1Preheat oven to 180C and grease and line a 20cm x 12.5cm / 8” x 5” loaf tin with greaseproof paper.Step2Sift all the dry ingredients the flour, baking powder and sugar into a large bowl.Step3Add the butter and gradually fold in the beaten eggs to form a wet but smooth consistency.
