Place peach slices on the top. Sprinkle cinnamon and put the baking dish into the oven. Bake for thirty to forty minutes. Paula Deen peach cobbler is ready.
First, peel and slice the peaches and layer them in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Then, sprinkle an even amount of powdered sweetener over all of the peaches. Next, mix together the ingredients for the low-carb peach cobbler topping. Spread these ingredients in a baking dish over the peaches.
This low carb peach cobbler makes 8 small servings of about ½ to ¾ cup each depending on how much it rises in the oven. The servings are smaller than most of our desserts to keep carbs lower. You can find the Low carb Whipped Cream Recipe here.
I wouldn’t normal use peaches because they are higher in sugars than most fruit, but with the mix of high fat low carb ingredients the net carbs are low per serving. Also, ever once in awhile I have a craving for a naturally sweeter dessert and this one does the trick.
