Dahi Bhindi is a great way to enjoy okra in tangy creamy sauce. Dahi Bhindi is simply delicious, and easy to make. This goes well with Jeera (Cumin) Rice, or roti-paratha. 40 medium size okra (bhindi) after cutting them in half it should be about 2 cups. Wash and pat dry the okra and cut both ends, and cut them in about 1 inch pieces.
add spices like chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder and salt to taste. fry the masala on low flame. add some water. then add 1 cup curd / yogurt and stir on low flame. immediately add fried bhindi / okra and give a good stir. remember to switch off the flame. close the lid and allow to cook for 5 minute. garnish with few coriander leaves.
