1. In a large mixing bowl, prepare your flax eggs (flaxseed meal + water) and let them gel for 5 minutes. 3. Put the bowl of dough in the refrigerator to chill for 40 minutes.
4. Preheat to 375 degrees F (190 C) and line 2 large, rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
