1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
2. Keep scraping the dough off the spoon and mix it with the back of the spoon as it becomes more and more glue like. There is no need this bread, but you want to make sure that the dough is properly mixed.
3. Form roughly into a loaf shape and tip onto a greased baking sheet and keep warm until you are ready to bake.
