1. Add butter to large skillet over medium high heat. When melted toss in mushrooms and cook until browned; approximately 8 minutes. Add onions and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until onions start to soften and mushrooms turn golden brown. Reduce heat to low and add garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Remove mixture from pan to bowl.
2. In large Tupperware container with lid add flour, steak bites, Mrs. Dash Table Blend and pepper. Shake to coat. Add olive oil to skillet over medium high heat. When oil is shimmering add steak and cook until browned. Remove previous waiting bowl.
3. Add red wine to skillet and deglaze the pan; scraping up the brown bits from the bottom.
4. Then add beef broth and Herb-ox beef flavor. Simmer for 5 minutes; stirring a couple of times.

1. Okay, this is something that I never do with meat, but you’ll want to rinse the short ribs. Nothing crazy, just run them under some cold water and pat dry. I found that while I was testing this recipe that there were bone fragments on my plate (yikes!). So rinsing them quickly gets rid of all that.
2. Next you’ll want to season your beef short ribs. Liberally season each short rib with salt and pepper on all sides.
3. Now slice your onion and set to the side.
4. Once all these steps are complete you’ll turn your Instant Pot on to “sauté mode”. As soon as the inner pot is hot enough you’ll sear each side of the short ribs. Depending on the size of your instant pot, you may need to do this in batches. Once a batch is done searing, remove from pot and start on the next batch.
