Chocolate truffles taste a bit like little balls of chocolate fudge. Are truffles keto? Most truffles would not be keto, as they are made with sugar! However, this truffle recipe is very low carb and perfect for a keto diet. Each truffle has just 0.9 grams net carbs per piece.
Roll sugar-free truffles. Use an extra small cookie scoop to scoop chocolate and roll into balls. Place onto chilled jelly roll pan. TIP: Rinse your hands with cold water to cool them off before rolling truffles. This helps prevent them from melting.
