This creme brulee is an elegant low-carb dessert made with only 4 ingredients and is also keto, gluten-free, and sugar-free diet friendly. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). When kept in the fridge, crème brûlée will only stay fresh for 2 to 4 days. But when kept in the freezer, its shelf life is extended to 6 months or so.
