1. Reserve a small amount of flour for dusting (about ¾ of a tablespoon) Combine the rest of the flour, baking powder and pinch of sea salt in a bowl
2. Add the Greek Yoghurt (make sure you only add the thick yoghurt part, none of the natural liquid that sits on top) and 1 of the minced garlic cloves and mix with a silicone spatula until all ingredients combined and the sides of the bowl are clear (don't use hands for this part or the dough will stick to your hands). Once you have one big ball of dough, you can knead all together with hands before proceeding to the next steps.
3. Divide the dough into 6 equal sized balls.
4. Dust one ball of the dough with a little reserved flour - place in between wax paper or parchment paper. Then place a board or heavy saucepan on top and flatten down as much as you can into a flat circle.

1. Mix the self raising flour, salt and greek yogurt in a stand mixer using the dough attachment until the ingredients are combined. The dough should come away from the sides of the bowl cleanly. If the dough is too wet, add a little more flour. If the dough is too dry add a little more water.
2. If you do not have a stand mixer you can combine the ingredients using a wooden spoon. You then need to turn the dough onto a floured work surface and knead it for a couple of minutes.
3. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and form into a disc before dividing it into 6 equal pieces.
4. Using your hands (or a rolling pin if you prefer) press out the dough to form an oval approx 5 inch by 3.5 inch.
