2. Add in the confectioners' sugar or powdered erythritol for sugar free, or a 50/50 combo (my favorite), and the cornstarch. Beat on low for 30 seconds and then on high for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
3. Use immediately to frost cupcakes or cake, or cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
