3. Sprinkle chicken with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides. Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.

3. Place the pan in the oven on a low rack and cook until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (my preferred temperature for chicken). (Try not to baste the chicken too much, once or twice is fine because you don't want all of that good lemon pepper flavor to come off of the bird completely.)

Stir in the milk or cream, chicken broth, Worcestershire, mustard, lemon zest and lemon juice. Whisk the sauce to completely combine and then season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the heat and return the chicken breasts to the skillet.
