1. Melt the butter in the microwave on short bursts on in a small pan over a medium heat – Blitz the biscuits in a food processor to a small crumb, add the melted butter, and pulse a few times until it is combined well.
2. Melt the Kinder Chocolate in the microwave in short bursts until fully melted – leave to cool slightly whilst doing the rest.
3. Remove the cheesecake from the tin, and decorate by drizzling over some melted chocolate, some whipped up cream (double cream + icing sugar), a piece of Kinder Bueno for each slice, and some chocolate sprinkles!

1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor or put them into a ziplock bag and bash them up with a rolling pin.
2. Add the melted butter and mix well to combine. Tip the mixture into a 20cm (8") springform tin. Use the back of a spoon to press the mixture into the bottom of the tin then put it in the fridge while you make the filling.
3. Add the cream cheese and icing sugar to a large mixing bowl and use a handheld electric whisk to beat together. (This can also be done by hand.) Add the white chocolate and hazelnut spread and beat again until fully combined.
4. In a separate bowl whisk the double cream to stiff peaks then gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
