We used a three-cheese blend of shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Then we combine that with sauteed vegetables and spinach for toppings.
This is a keto friendly pizza made on a baking sheet. Keto sheet pan pizzas are usually rectangular and are cut in square or rectangular slices. These are a great option to serve at family events when there may be a lot of people in attendance.
The low-carb pizza dough is made using Cardnl keto bread mix, hot water, and avocado oil. Yeah, that really is all there is to it. Pizza is all about the toppings. I love to use garlic marinara, pepperoni, and black olives.
Preheat oven to 425°. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a food processor, pulse together eggs, 2 1/2 cups mozzarella, and almond flour until smooth. Spread mixture evenly in a circle on prepared sheet tray. Bake until lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Turn crust upside down and spread pizza sauce on top of baked crust.
