WHAT ARE P.F. CHANG’S LETTUCE WRAPS? P.F. Chang’s China Bistro lettuce wraps are possibly one of their most popular dishes. They are listed on the menu under appetizers, but a stop through any of their restaurants will see them being delivered to almost every table.
