2. Pour almond butter into large mixing bowl. Add yolks to almond butter and the whites to a separate medium bowl. Beat egg whites with an electric hand mixer on high until light and fluffy. Then beat the egg yolks into the almond butter with the same mixer.
3. Add beaten egg whites, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and salt to the almond butter mixture. Beat with electric mixer until well combined.
4. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
