1. Add your nuts to a medium-sized bowl, then put them in a large Ziploc bag and roughly crush them up using a rolling pin. (This will take a few minutes).
2. Next, get out an even larger bowl and add your keto-friendly chocolate chips, nut butter, and refined coconut oil. Mix all of those ingredients together until they just start to combine.
3. Then microwave for a couple of 45 second intervals - mixing the ingredients in between - until the chocolate chips have melted and incorporated with the other ingredients.
4. Sift the confectioners swerve into the bowl of chocolate, and add in your crushed-up nuts from earlier. Give everything a good mix until all the ingredients are well combined.

1. Line a small/medium baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper. Clear some room in the refrigerator for this sheet. Set aside.
2. Use the double boiler method or do the following: Add keto chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second increments until melted. Stir in between heating increments, until smooth.
3. Fold in almonds. Pour onto prepared baking sheet. Using a rubber spatula, spread into an even layer of desired thickness. Optionally, sprinkle with more almonds. Gently press each almond into the melted chocolate.
4. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes, or allow to set at room temperature for 40-60 minutes. Immediately remove from refrigerator and allow to reach room temperature before cutting (to avoid fingerprints/sweating). Separate chocolate from paper. Break or cut into pieces. Enjoy! 2. Mold the mixture into 8 rectangle bar shapes and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment. I highly recommend using disposable food safe gloves to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands.
3. Cover and set the bars in the fridge for at leave 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
4. Place the chocolate into a heatproof bowl over a small saucepan of simmering water. Heat until about 60% melted, then remove from the heat and continue stirring until fully melted.
