An easy keto vegan chocolate cake with a fudge like texture that is gluten free, low carb and sugar free too. This simple cake recipe will be enjoyed by everyone who likes a slice of chocolate cake! A flourless keto chocolate cake that is baked with almond flour and avocado in place of butter.
This coconut flour based low carb cake is super moist and flavorful. Stir together coconut flour, cocoa, sweetener, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix in eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla until well blended. Stir in zucchini and chocolate chips (if using). Pour mixture into greased pan (I used a 9×9).
For a vegan gluten free flourless chocolate cake, I used the following recipe: 2 ½ cups rolled oats, 1 tbsp baking powder, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, ¾ cup sugar of choice, 1 cup mashed sweet potato (or pumpkin), 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water, sitting for 10 minutes to form a gel), 1 cup dairy free milk,¼ cup coconut oil.
