4. Best Ever Deviled Eggs. Deviled eggs. . . Easter. . . yes, these are a must!
5. Low Carb Baked Jalapeno Poppers. These added a nice zip to our buffet! They can also be assembled ahead and baked at the last minute.
6. Jalapeno Cheese Crisps. Photo Credit: myproductivebackyard.com. Melted crispy cheese? Yes, please! Use banana peppers for some if not all of your crowd likes the heat of jalapenos.
7. Pickled Green Beans. A nice variety to go with pickles and olives. We had just the green beans on our buffet this time.
8. Low Carb Gluten Free Sausage Balls. The family knew these sausage balls would be on our buffet. They are a favorite recipe for any occasion.
9. Red Beet Eggs. No, the beets are not low carb but just eat the eggs; what could be prettier for Easter!
10. Low Carb (Fat Head) Cheese Danish {Sugar- Free, Nut Free} Photo Credit: www.sugarfreemom.com. I have made this before so knew it would go well on our brunch buffet.
