1. Add walnuts to a food processor and grind until the nuts form a dough (about 1 minute). If you process too much it will get runny like a butter and you don't want that but you also don't want it to be too gritty and dry. It should stick together if you make a ball out of it.
2. Next add in the salt, butter, Swerve brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Pulse until it is completely mixed.
3. Take the dough out of the food processor and put into a bowl. Freeze for 10 minutes. The dough might be soft but you can handle it anyway.
4. Take a spoon and try to form into balls as best you can and place on a plate. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
