2. In a microwave safe bowl mix together chocolate chips, coconut oil and peanut butter. Place in the microwave for 1 minute. Let sit in the microwave for 2 minutes, then stir.
3. You may need an additional 30 seconds to one minute to fully melt. Stir to fully combine the chips into the peanut butter and coconut oil.
4. Pour chopped almonds, sunflower seeds and coconut into melted chocolate. Spread into 8x8 parchment paper lined tin.
