3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment paper. Using a pair of tongs, place the chicken wings on the parchment paper leaving a little room between each one.
4. Cook wings for about 30 minutes. Using a clean pair of tongs, flip the wings over and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. If the wings have crisped up the way you like them, turn the oven to Broil and cook for another 5 minutes or so.

You can add salt and pepper or a dry rub here as well. Just be sure to toss really well, so each wing gets a proper coating of the baking powder + spice mixture.
4. Line your half sheet pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil, and place a baking rack overtop. Spray the rack with non-stick cooking spray.
