Cook the pasta shells in a large pot of salted, boiling water for 7 minutes then drain and allow to cool to room temperature. Pour the tomato sauce into the bottom of a casserole dish. Using a teaspoon, stuff the creamed spinach mixture into the pasta shells. Place the shells into the casserole dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Place the shells in the water and cook 3 minutes less than the cook time listed on the package (to al dente). Drain the shells and rinse with cold water. Spray a 9X13 pan with non-stick spray and then spread ½ of the marinara sauce at the bottom of the pan.
