3. Get White Rice (4 cup) in a big bowl. Add in Celery (1 stalk) and Scallion (4). In order to add a bit color and some sweetness, chop up Red Apple (1) and dust that up. Toss them together.
4. Pour over our salad dressing and sultanas. Toss everything together until it is nicely combined.
