Then minced garlic to the pan, cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute (stirring the entire time), just until the garlic starts to become fragrant but not burn.
4. Immediately add white cooking wine and stir everything around. Cook for 1 minute and remove from the heat.

4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, bouillon and all seasonings. Gently simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
