1. Preheat oven to 375° F. In a small bowl combine the Italian seasoning, oregano, onion powder and red pepper flakes.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a large oven safe skillet. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and half of the spice mixture. Place the chicken in the skillet and sauté for 8-10 minutes flipping halfway through, the chicken won’t be fully cooked. Remove from the skillet onto a plate.
3. Add the remaining olive oil to the skillet along with the kale, garlic and remaining spice mix. Sauté for 2 minutes then pour in the wine. Scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet.
4. Add in the tomatoes and cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese is fully incorporated and the sauce is creamy. Nestle the chicken into the sauce and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese.

2. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, zucchini and onion to the pan. Cook, stirring, until starting to soften, about 2 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high and add wine. Cook, scraping up any browned bits, until the liquid has mostly evaporated, about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and the remaining 1/8 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring to melt the cream cheese, for 5 minutes. Return the chicken to the pan and turn to coat with the sauce. Serve topped with basil.
