2. Pour batter into a greased 9”x13” baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
3. While cake is cooling cream together butter and cocoa for frosting. Stir in Coke, chocolate syrup, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar a little at a time, stirring in between each addition. Frosting should be on the thinner side. Add more Coke if too dry or more powdered sugar if too wet, using only a spoonful at a time until the right texture is achieved.
4. Pour frosting over cake while it’s still warm so that it soaks into the cake. Level with the back of a spoon or an offset spatula.
