2. Pat drumsticks dry with napkin.
3. Place drumsticks in pan and top with seasoning and gently spray top with enough vegetable oil to saturate seasoning. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove.
4. Turn drumsticks over and coat other side with seasoning and bake a bit longer if needed.

2. Add chicken cutlets, balsamic vinegar, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to a large ziploc bag. Remove excess air from the bag and seal closed. Let chicken marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes.
3. While chicken is marinading combine mango, cilantro, lime juice, salt, chili powder, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir. Do not add the avocado yet as it browns pretty quickly (yes, even with the lime juice).
4. Grill or sauté your chicken depending on your preference. I'm providing instructions for both below.

3. Return the sauce to the frying pan then ad the chicken and ½ cup of water and stir. Cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes, stirring a few times. Lower the heat if the sauce begins to stick to the bottom of the pan.
4. When the chicken pieces are fully cooked, add the remaining mango to the pan and serve.
