2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave until the chocolate is melted. Use a rubber spatula to mix until smooth. Let cool just slightly before using. Alternately, this can be done in a double boiler. (See note below)
3. Add the nuts to the bowl with the melted chocolate. Mix until all of the nuts are coating in the chocolate.
4. Drop large spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Be sure to space them out enough that they do not run together.

Be sure to stir in between each blast of 30 seconds because it may look as though the chips are still solid but will melt together once you stir them. It will be very important not to burn them. Once you overcook the chocolate it will not be useable. This process should only take 30 seconds to a minute to fully melt the sugar free chips.
4. Use a spoon and drizzle just enough chocolate over the nuts to cover them and get them to stick together in a cluster. The nuts don't have to be fully covered.
