2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
3. Using a mini ice cream scoop or a regular spoon, form about 24 1-inch balls by rolling them completely in the powdered sugar. *Hint: drop the mixture from the scoop into the powdered sugar before touching the balls with your hands. The powdered sugar helps hold the balls together and makes them much easier to form.
