Juicy prawns flavoured with fresh lime, garlic, chilli and coriander on a bed of low-carb courgette noodles. 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium high heat. This prawn chilli pasta is a must-try if you like pasta and seafood (which, let's be honest, is the best combo ever). This spicy prawn pasta is actually rather healthy, but it's definitely not boring. It has a spicy chilli kick, and I also add anchovy fillets to the sauce to keep it interesting.
Drain the linguine pasta and sugar snap peas well, then toss into the prawn mixture. Tear in a handful of basil leaves, stir, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with mixed salad leaves drizzled with the lime dressing, and warm crusty white bread.
Alternatively, you can add some cayenne pepper when frying the prawns. Of course, you can always make the pasta without any chilli at all, but you'll be missing out. The chilli makes the sauce really interesting and goes perfectly with the plump prawns and the saltiness of the anchovy fillets.
