This Grilled Salmon with Thai Sweet Chili Glaze is easy with just 4 ingredients, and delicious with just a hint of spicy flavor. The salmon is marinated in a sweet chili, ground ginger and soy sauce mixture, grilled and then topped with a sweet chili, ginger and soy sauce glaze.
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Combine the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and sriracha in a mixing bowl. Place the salmon fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet. Use a brush or a spoon to lacquer the salmon with the chili glaze.
Season salmon generously with salt and pepper. In a small bowl whisk together the melted ghee, avocado oil, paprika, coconut aminos, garlic, lime juice and lime zest. Reserve 1-2 tablespoons of the sauce to brush on the salmon once finished cooking. Marinate the salmon in the rest of the sauce for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
