In a small bowl, whisk together all of the marinade ingredients.If you have time to marinate the chicken, place it in a Ziploc bag or large bowl with the marinade and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 12 hours. (Keep in mind that the butter will solidify in the fridge but will melt when you put the drumsticks in the oven to bake).
3. Massage the marinade into the chicken by pressing on the outside of the bag for a few minutes so that all of the drumsticks are coated.
4. When you are ready to bake the drumsticks, preheat your oven to 425°F and grease a 9" x 13" baking dish and add your drumsticks inside. Alternate the direction of your drumsticks, so all ten fit nicely.
