DirectionsStep1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Step2Line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.Step3Combine the melted butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar in the mixing bowl. Mix well, until there are no remaining lumps of sugar.Step4Slowly beat in the eggs and vanilla. Mix just until incorporated.Step5Keeping the mixer on a low speed, stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt. The dough will be soft.Step6Place the cadbury eggs in a resealable bag and use a rolling pin or meat tenderizer to break them - taking care to not crush them too much so you still get nice chunks of chocolate eggs.Step7Fold in the chocolate chips and the crushed cadbury eggs.Step8Portion the dough into large rounds, slightly larger than a golf ball.Step9Place them on the prepared baking sheets, about 2" apart to allow for spread.Step10Bake 11-12 minutes. The cookies will look slightly undercooked when you pull them out - they will set as they cool.Step11Immediately press additional chocolate chips and crushed mini eggs into the tops of the cookies before they cool.Step12Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.Step13Store in an airtight container for up to 1 weekIngredientsIngredients1 cupButter (melted and slightly cooled)1 cupBrown Sugar (packed)½ cupGranulated Sugar2 Eggs (large)1 tablespoonVanilla Extract3 ⅓ cupsAll-Purpose Flour2 teaspoonsBaking Soda1 teaspoonTable Salt1 ½ cupsCadbury Mini Eggs (+ more for the tops of the cookies)1 cupWhite Chocolate Chips (+ more for the tops of the cookies)See moreNutritionalNutritional257 Calories12 gTotal Fat34 mgCholesterol35 gCarbohydrate253 mgSodium3 gProteinFrom kleinworthco.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherCadbury Mini Egg Cookies - Weekend Craftweekendcraft.comCadbury Mini Eggs Cookies - This Delicious Housethisdelicioushouse.com27 Cadbury Mini Egg Recipes - Crafting in the Raincraftingintherain.comCADBURY Egg Cookies Recipe Hersheylandhersheyland.comMini Egg Cookies Cadbury Mini Eggs Cookies Recipe - One …onelittleproject.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
