It all starts with two basic ingredients: Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy Frosting and chocolate chips. Easy! Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl; zap in your microwave in 30-second bursts until melted. Stir the frosting into the melted chocolate chips until smooth. Press into a lightly greased 9x9 baking dish.
Mascarpone cheese is similar so it might work too. Overall, this is a terrific low carb chocolate buttercream frosting for any cake. It could easily pass as a real sugar frosting. It’s a moist low carb gluten free chocolate cake made with coconut flour.
The cream will make it smooth and fluffy. TIP: You can adjust the chocolate flavor and consistency by adjusting the amount of cocoa powder or cream to your liking. Frost away!
