I used powdered Pyure baking blend in this recipe. You could substitute granulated Pyure, but be careful about substituting other erythritol sweetener as you may have trouble with the sweetener giving the fudge a granular texture if you need to use a larger quantity to achieve the same level of sweetness. Pyure is twice as sweet as sugar.
