And just like this copycat recipe for the Chopped Salad at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, it was spot-on delicious! I’m always a little bit skeptical of recipes stating that they’re good duplicates of a cherished recipe. But I have to say that I’m batting 100% with the two copycat recipes that I’ve tried.
A Ruth's Chris original. Julienne iceberg lettuce, baby spinach and radicchio are paired with red onions, mushrooms, green olives, bacon, eggs, hearts of palm, croutons, bleu cheese dressed in a lemon basil dressing and topped with crispy onions.
These dishes are prepared to order with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and guaranteed to complement any entrée. Our fresh soups and salads are a great start to a perfect evening at Ruth's Chris. All of our dressings and soups are made fresh in-house, using exclusive recipes. At Ruth’s Chris, there’s more to our bar than world-class wines.
"Ruth's Chris Steak House" is such a difficult name to spit out that a restaurant critic suggested it be used as a sobriety test. Surely anyone who could say the name three times fast couldn't possibly be intoxicated. But the hard-to-say name has worked well for the steakhouse chain—it's memorable.
