There are so many delicious low carb raspberry recipes. It’s tough to decide which one to make when the berries come in. My youngest daughter loves to make avocado smoothies with them. And, she enjoys making them into frozen yogurt pops.
As a bonus benefit, avocado creates a smooth texture to the low carb raspberry smoothie. But if you don’t have avocado you can replace it for 1 tablespoon of almond butter. Coconut milk also has healthy fats and contributes to the smooth texture. You can also use almond milk, if you don’t have coconut milk.
(You can also make keto blueberry cobbler instead if you have blueberries on hand.) Berries are my go-to fruit to use in low carb dessert recipes. I love them for so many things, from sugar-free cheesecake topping to raspberry ice cream. I was excited to make a low carb cobbler with berries, too.
