You will need to put 2 tea bags in a large mug and pour 12 ounces of boiling water on top. Allow the tea to sit and steep for a few minutes or until it's the strength you prefer. You can buy chai tea bags that have zero or less than 1 carbs (depending on brand). It’s when you buy Chai lattes that the problem comes in with carbs. Bigelow and Twinings are two brands I know of that makes tea bags and Keurig pods that will work for no carbs.
