In a tall glass, add your cooled brewed coffee. Add the vanilla syrup to the coffee and give it a good stir, so all the flavors combine. Add enough ice cubes to make it nice and icy. I used 8 ice cubes for my drink. Finally, slowly pour in the coconut cream.
This coconut iced coffee can be made using any brewed coffee you like to use. A few popular choices are brewing fresh coffee with a French press, Chemex, or Hario V60. I especially like pour over coffee for this recipe. Pour over coffee has a balanced but robust flavor profile that works perfectly to drink cold.
